Thank you for visiting this site. We hope you enjoy and learn from the papers available here. From the first symposium in 1990, it was obvious those who shared their lives with parrots were ready to learn from the experiences of others. For that reason, what was intended to be a one time event was repeated annually through 2002. However, after 13 years, the organizers, Jacquie Blackburn and Silvio Mattacchione, decided it was time to move on.
