Weather Warfare: Could It Be Affecting Our Racing Pigeons?

Over the past three decades racing pigeon fanciers world wide have taken note of the fact that we seem to be losing more and more birds. Smashes occur not only in ill weather conditions but on days that one would not normally suspect a problem. Is it the proliferation of mobile telephone signals, sunspot activity causing disturbances in the magnetic fields of the earth, countless other explanations that have been put forward or possibly, some other explanation? Something more sinister, possibly? Weather manipulation perhaps? Weather warfare? You never know!
Sounds unreal does it not? Weather manipulation, weather warfare, weather control, this just cannot be possible, it must not be possible! Is it really possible? If it is even remotely possible then who is doing it, to whom and for what purpose? Finally, the question that concerns us as racing pigeon fanciers is this: if it is true, then can this fact possibly account for the ever increasing losses as well as some of the incredible disasters that have befallen our racing pigeon sport? I have more questions than answers in this regard, but the possibility really does need to be investigated by those in our sport that have the time, the desire and the scientific and technical competence to do so. I will attempt to raise the questions and supply us all with a starting point, then hopefully, collectively, we can all look into this incredible scenario. But before we begin, allow me to reproduce, for my readers a very interesting document from the United Nations General Assembly. Is this document proof? Not necessarily, but it is certainly one very interesting smoking gun! Read, then you decide whether we need worry about the weather?

I
believe it would be safe to assume, that the United Nations General Assembly would
not be providing certified copies of “Convention on The Prohibition of Military
or Other Hostile Use Of Environmental Modification Techniques” if said
techniques did not in fact exist. Notice that this convention was approved byThe
United Nations General Assembly on December 10, 1976. Quick math reveals that
the Convention was signed 28 years ago. Signed three decades ago and I dare say
99.9% of the worlds population (and 99.9 % of the entire pigeon world population)
has no idea that this incredible convention exists, let alone was negotiated,
accepted and signed (by whom? By how many countries?)!
Now why would I have ever thought of this particular threat to the performance of our racing pigeons and the many unexplained losses, during what would otherwise seem normal racing conditions? Well, I have for a long time taken an interest in a man called Nikola Tesla and his incredible mind. You see he was a true genius, and other geniuses, like the American, Edison, could not hold a candle (light bulb?) to him.

aforementioned book tells us, in Tesla’s own words some of his incredible
discoveries. The United States government took keen interest in the man, his works
and especially his patents! Needless to say Tesla died an old, sick and poverty
stricken man. Would one expect anything else? He had the God-given intellect to
change the world, forever, for the betterment of mankind, but it was not to be.

New waves discovered
Longitudinal EM energy fills vacuum of space, the time domain of spacetime, time as compressed energy, E=tc2, waves of time, phase conjugate wave pairs.

I guess the first thing to try to comprehend is that a "new" kind of electromagnetic (EM) wave has been discovered in the empty vacuum of space which, when engineered, can be an inexhaustible supply of energy in great magnitude at any place in the universe. The word "new" is in quotes because the discovery really goes back to Nikola Tesla and his discovery of what he called "radiant energy." It is also not "new" because the Russians (KGB) have been working on this technology for over 30 years and have weaponized these "new" longitudinal scalar waves to a great degree.
After over 30 years of development, and extensive testing around the globe, these new scalar electromagnetic weapons are up and running and ready to go. Tom Bearden, at his website Cheniere, dicusses the history of these new scalar electromagnetic weapons in his paper "Historical Background of Scalar EM Weapons."
These are the weapons Nikita Khrushchev spoke of in January, 1960.
"By 1957-8 the Soviets had progressed to the point of a giant scalar EM accident in the Urals which exploded nearby atomic wastes, devastating the area. They had also progressed to development of great new superweapons using their new energetics - weapons to which Khrushchev referred in 1960 when he informed the Soviet Presidium of a new, fantastic weapon in development, a weapon so powerful that it could wipe out all life on earth if unrestrainedly employed." - Tom Bearden
We have known for a very long time of the extreme sensitivity of our racing pigeons to changing conditions in their environment. During the most recent Iraq invasion we find that American forces used pigeons as early warning systems for possible chemical or biological attacks. Our racing pigeons served in this instance the same function as did canaries in 19th and 20th century coal mines, that is as barometers of safety!
Further we know that the racing pigeon has other attributes: pigeons can see polarized light; pigeons can sense the magnetic field of the earth and use it in orientation, orientation via the use of UV; pigeons can further orient through a highly refined sense of smell (according to Italian researchers); pigeons can hear ultra sound; and much, much more.
The pigeon is a highly strung, finely tuned compass on wings. NASA has never devised
the range or quantity of fail safe features or redundancies for its equipment
that God has endowed to his incredible winged creation. The racing pigeon is unique
in the feathered world! Keeping all of these known attributes in mind, it is not
difficult to comprehend how the manipulation of the environment, just might, let
me repeat, just might play havoc with the on-board biological navigational systems
of the racing pigeon.

Skeptics... even as I pen these words I can feel, nay smell, your doubts (it's good to doubt, but are you prepared to put your doubts to the test by carefully researching all of the areas under discussion, are you prepared to educate yourself?)... I can feel the oppressive weight of years of collective ignorance of all that is taking place around us, each and every day. Somehow collectively, we no longer ponder, no longer question, no longer doubt what we are told.
Skeptics are very useful, actually they are, in fact, the very best friends that science can and does have. We should as a general rule have a healthy sense of skepticism for all that we are told by our supposed experts (who have been known occasionally to have hidden agendas), our supposed caring politicians (who, most people would say, almost always seem to have hidden agendas), but most of all we should always have a very healthy skepticism for all that governments and the military (who it is almost universally believed, never tell us the truth and always have hidden agendas) tell us. Our governments, far from having paternal love for their citizens, have grown to such a position of arrogance that they see us all (that is, we the people) as impediments to their enlightened goals. Incredible, how have “we the people” been morphed into “we the enemies of the state”? But that is another matter, related yes, but for another day!
"Before the turn of the century, Nikola Tesla had discovered and was utilizing a new type of electric wave. Tesla repeatedly stated his waves were non-Hertzian, and his wireless transmissions did not fall off as the square of the distance. If I can provide evidence that this weather warfare technology can be used to induce disorientation in man then one might be obliged to assume that it might, just might, cause havoc in the orientation systems of our highly tuned and super sensitive racing pigeons. It would certainly be a possibility that would need to be investigated. Now here is what the U.S. Air Force claims:
"The potential applications of artificial electromagnetic fields are wide-ranging and can be used in many military or quasi-military situations... Some of these potential uses include dealing with terrorist groups, crowd control, controlling breaches of security at military installations, and antipersonnel techniques in tactical warfare. In all of these cases the EM (electromagnetic) systems would be used to produce mild to severe physiological disruption or perceptual distortion or disorientation. In addition, the ability of individuals to function could be degraded to such a point that they would be combat ineffective. Another advantage of electromagnetic systems is that they can provide coverage over large areas with a single system. They are silent and countermeasures to them may be difficult to develop... One last area where electromagnetic radiation may prove of some value is in enhancing abilities of individuals for anomalous phenomena." 3
This really clearly spells it out, (according to the US Air Force) these systems can cause (depending on what they wish the affect to be) mild to severe physiological disruption or perceptual distortion or disorientation. Further these electromagnetic systems can provide coverage over large areas, they are silent, that is we would not know that anything at all unusual was happening. How would one define wide areas? Well in fact it could be entire cities, entire counties, entire states and yes entire countries if need be. Therefore should our little "warriors of the airwaves" actually be in flight and unfortunately pass through a test area, then it is reasonable to assume that the impact on their ability to orient might just be a disaster. It just might indeed explain (news reports we have all read) the occurrence of races where no birds come home!
But
you need also consider that several governments have been superheating (yes, might
this fact have anything to do with global warming? I wonder, and so should you)
the ionosphere for years now, ostensibly for mundane reasons of communications.
Could our pigeons have therefore been warning us for years that something was
wrong, something had changed, something continues to change? We as fanciers should
have been, and desperately need to be, more alert. We need to believe considerably
more in the innate ability of our birds and question aggressively what might cause
them to fail to return to their home lofts, which they love above all things.
Rather than question what might be the real problem we have simply concluded that
all of those birds that did not return, or exhausted themselves to finally return,
were of no value. We may have been wrong, we may not have been sufficiently observant,
nor sufficiently intuitive, we may have failed to read, to study, to investigate
every possibility.

of electromagnetic weapons that you thought was a conspiratorial notion of mine

'Others [terrorists] are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves... So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations... It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our [counterterrorism] efforts.'

In other
words, these weapons existed in 1985 and were used to kill the Arrow DC-8 with
248 U.S. soldiers on board, returning from their peace-keeping duties in the MidEast,
as well as the on-board crewmembers.
Note that the Secretary did not speak the words in the square brackets of the quotation. Those words were inserted after his speech to perhaps tone the tenor down a bit. These weapons he referred to are more general, strategic weapons and they have been on site in Russia since 1963. They were tested worldwide in various incidents in the late 1950s and early 1960s, and are the weapons that Khrushchev referred to, in speaking to the Presidium in January 1960. They are not some little hand-held devices by terrorists. You cannot change the climate or initiate volcano eruptions or generate earthquakes by such little "ordinary" laser devices, etc. If you wish to initiate a volcano, e.g., you are going to have to get the excess energy down into the rocks beneath the earth, to where the volcano is still active, but just not breaching its channel on up to the surface and so dormant. None of your radar engineers, directed energy weapons fellows, local university professors, etc. can build EM systems that do that. Try it and see.
Unfortunately, since the news media were so terribly concerned with the Clinton-Lewinsky scandal at the time (April 1997) that Secretary Cohen confirmed the weapons, not a single newsman or reporter there on the scene where this statement was made, even reacted to the first open confirmation of these weapons by a high U.S. official. Not one. Obviously not a titillating scandal sort of thing for the journalists.
In short, Russell, the Secretary of Defense of the United States confirmed that there are indeed novel kinds of EM weapons right now, and have been for some time, which have been and are being used to (1) initiate earthquakes, (2) engineer the weather and climate, and (3) initiate the eruption of volcanoes. We wrote about those exact uses of the weaponry decades ago. Several nations now have such weapons. When in April, 1997, the United States Secretary of Defense, William Cohen made the aforementioned comment, we all failed to connect the dots, we shut our eyes securely to what was before them, we failed to demand accountability: "Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves." 6
If “others” were engaged it would then, would it not, seem incredible that the world's only super power would not also have been so engaged? Weather, earthquakes, volcanoes, disorientation, crowd control, this is all just too incredible.
Let's take a deep breath, calm down and think this through rationally. If one was to do patent searches could one really locate patents that actually prove that weather modification is a reality (or at least prove that the USA Patent Office thinks it's credible)?
Well not surprisingly a simple Google search gives us a fairly immediate, affirmative answer. Yes, it really is a scientific reality and should you have time, a high speed modem and the inclination to do so please visit http://www.uspto.gov/main/patents.htm and see what you can find. You might just find more than you're prepared for.
The following patents can be found by doing a quick search of the US Patent Office or by visiting http://www.cuttingedge.org/ these are only a few by way of example there are many, many more. Please also note the dates of these patents, they are almost 40 years old. If they were doing this then, then what are we doing now?

If you do some internet searches you will find an incredible amount of information on a device/technology in Alaska called HAARP. What is it? Why do these “Black Type Operations” have such non threatening names?

Don't Play This HAARP: Advances in Tesla Technology" by Dr. Nick Begich and
Jeane Manning is a book gaining wide publicity throughout the United States having
been featured on hundreds of radio programs, news reports and television programs.
This book was named one of the most important books of 1996 by Project Censored:
The News that Didn't Make the News. The book is the subject of talk radio programs
six to twelve times a month on both national and regional programs. The book is
in its third English printing since being released in September, 1995. Translations
were released in Japan and Germany in 1996.
The U.S. Military's first target is the electrojet: a river of electricity that flows thousands of miles through the sky and down into the polar icecap. The electrojet will become a vibrating artificial antenna for sending electromagnetic radiation raining down on the earth. The U.S. military can then "X-ray" the earth and talk to submarines. What is it about 1958 that it always keeps coming up? The death of Pius XII, the election of good pope John. 1958 was the year that saw more atomic tests than ever before in history and at the same time the year that the USSR proclaimed a unilateral halt to its atomic testing program. Really very odd. That was the year that I started with my first pigeons, a fascination that remains with me over 43 years later. Yet in many ways 1958 was a year that will forever resonate in eternity, for many, many reasons!
"As far back as 1958, the chief White House advisor on weather modification, Captain Howard T. Orville, said the U.S. defense department was studying 'ways to manipulate the charges of the earth and sky and so affect the weather' by using an electronic beam to ionize or de-ionize the atmosphere over a given area." 7
The editors of “Cuttingedge had the following to say:
"Let us allow Dr. Begich explain this concept. '... this invention provides the ability to put unprecedented amounts of power in the Earth's atmosphere at strategic locations and to maintain the power injection level, particularly if random pulsing is employed, in a manner far more precise and better controlled than heretofore accomplished by the prior art ....'[Page 28] '... the goal is to learn how to manipulate the ionosphere on a more grand scale than the the Soviet Union could do with its similar facilities. HAARP would be the largest ionospheric heater in the world, located in a latitude most conducive to putting Eastlund's invention into practice.' [Page 29] Furthermore, from this northern latitude, the energy could be aimed into the ionosphere so that it would bounce back down to the earth so it would come down wherever the scientists wanted it to come down. The secret was to learn how and where to aim it to hit the earth where they wanted it to hit, creating the type of disaster or weather they desired." 8
As is often the case in many situations Canada was the first to sound the alarm. Dr Andrew Michrowski of The Planetary Association For Clean Energy (P.A.C.E.) wrote a letter accusing the Soviets of "weather-war." The entire affair was clearly outlined in an article written by C.B. Baker called “Tesla Weather Control Over America” and available for viewing at http://www.geocities.com/Area51/Shadowlands/6583/project338.html. Mr.Baker writes as follows:
"After establishing monitoring stations across Canada, Michrowski sent out a February 1978 letter stating: 'In the case of the winter of 1976-77, the Soviet managed to establish relatively stable and localized ELF (extremely low frequency) magnetic fields, WHICH WERE ABLE TO HAMPER OR DIVERT THE JET STREAM FLOW IN THE NORTHERN HEMISPHERE.
The fronts were localized along the Polish and Romanian borders, along the Gulf Stream between South Caroline and mid-and off the West Coast of North America between Baja California and the Alaskan coast... THIS PERMITTED GREAT DIVERSION OF AIR MOVEMENTS AND MAINTENANCE OF HIGH AND LOW PRESSURE AREA.. FOR LONG PERIODS.
In the case of the winter of 1977-78, the Soviet scientists involved had the ingenious idea of setting up one series of standing columnar waves that extend from the Westerly tip of Alaska all the way to Valparaiso, Chile. This columnar wave front... is projected from near Angarsk, Siberia.
It has created a world-wide weather modification, in that east of this formation the weather is drier, and west of it, PRECIPITATION IS ENHANCED. As the standing columnar waves rotate clockwise, Westerly winds are sucked upwards counter-clockwise into the upper-atmosphere, while a drag brings air from the upper atmosphere to the opposite side. The giant standing wave segments were approximately 250 miles long. To the west, of the standing wave, we note a rising low pressure circumstance, and to the east, the descending high pressure.'
THE ABOVE DESCRIPTION IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED DURING THE GREAT FLOOD OF 1993, where the area west of the giant standing wave blocking unending rain and the area east of that standing wave system experienced ceaseless drought.
Dr. Michrowski's 1978 letter continued: 'At the same time, this formation cut diagonally the magnetic field of this planet, thus disrupting the normal dynamic of the whole, and creating a vast territory of the earth, a havoc of proper weather prediction, since the critical factor of local magnetic influence on weather has become extremely variable.'
In his July 1979, P.A.C.E. NEWSLETTER, Dr. Michrowski provided additional information about the Russian Woodpecker system. 'At least five USSR installations are operating simultaneously up to 24 hours daily, since July 1976, with an intensity of up to 40 MILLION WATTS (the most powerful transmitters in the world). These emit pulses ranging from 5 to 26 hertz (ELF). At least eleven carrier frequencies are involved, some of which are random...The installations appear to act in liaison with the highly magnetic MHO apparati located at Semipalatinsk.
The magnetic component appears to be able to siphon and pump 60 Hz electric power transmission system, indicating a Luxembourg effect mechanism. Magnetic field impulses demonstrate no time lag when compared with the other USSR emissions components normal radio wave propagation. THIS SUGGESTS RESONANCE WITH EARTH-IONOSPHERE CAVITY AND CORE...'" 9
We have all heard of the author or actor or athlete that has instant success and when we look deeper, this is actually never really quite the case. There is always, a long detailed history, behind all efforts and “weather warfare” is no different. HAARP did not just happen. We did not just wake up one day to this reality. There was obviously a long, concerted effort that, would seem to have the potential to offer humanity, so much good, but that in reality actually delivers, instead of abundance, increased misery and destruction.
As pigeon fanciers we are delighted with pedigrees. We study in great detail pedigrees, to prove the parentage and performance of our birds and obviously HAARP also has a pedigree. Incredibly that pedigree, starts with Nikola Tesla and covers much of the same time period that saw the final perfection of both the racing pigeon as a breed and racing pigeons as a sport. With the passage of 125 years pigeon fanciers in Europe perfected the racing pigeon while at the same time the scientists of the USSR and the USA, may have perfected and mastered control of the weather. Personally I am much more at ease with what pigeon fanciers accomplished than I am with what the scientists may have accomplished!
Let us now examine the chronology or rather the pedigree of the scientific discoveries that has allowed government scientists, both US and Soviet, to control the weather, even to the point of using weather as a weapon of war. The following list is sourced from http://www.cuttingedge.org/

What follows below is a different sort of pedigree, a pedigree that documents the parentage of ideas just as effectively as our standard pedigree above documents the parentage of our birds. 1900: "Tesla applies for patent on a device to 'Transmit Electrical Energy Through the Natural Mediums.'" In 1905, the U.S. Patent Office issue Patent #787,412 for this purpose. I bet it is news to everyone that the technology to transmit electrical power without wires exists, and exists so that the generation and transmission of electricity can be both bountiful and FREE! Tesla's discovery was never made public.
1924: "Confirmation that radio waves bounce off the 'ionosphere' (an electrically charged layer starting at an altitude of 50 kilometers)."
1938: "Scientist proposes to light up night sky by electron gyrotron heating from a powerful transmitter." The fact that untold numbers of powerful electron heaters are pouring tens of millions of watts of electricity at Extremely Low Frequencies to effect this Weather Warfare may be the major reason we are experiencing Global Warming! This warming has nothing to do with any Industrial pollutants or emissions, and certainly not from cow flatulence.
1940: "Tesla announces 'death ray' invention." Our military evidently has the capability to create a defense shield over our continent by aiming these electron heaters correctly.
1945: "Atomic bomb tests begin -- 40,000 electromagnetic pulses to follow."
1952: "W.O. Schumman identifies 7.83 Hertz the resonant frequency of the Earth."
1958: "Van Allen radiation belts discovered (zones of charged particles trapped in earth's magnetic field) 2,000+ miles up. Violently disrupted in the same year."
1958: "Project Argus, U.S. Navy explodes three nuclear bombs inside Van Allen belt."
1958: "White House advisor on weather modification says Defense Department studying ways to manipulate charges of 'earth and sky, and so affect the weather'." Wow! Did you know that such a department as "Weather Modification" existed in the White House way back in 1952? The mere existence of such an office strongly implies the technology to modify and control the weather existed.
1960: "Series of weather disasters begin."
1961: "Scientists propose artificial ion cloud experiments. In 1960's the dumping of chemicals (barium powder, etc.) from satellites and rockets began."
1961-62: "U.S.S.R. and U.S.A. create many electromagnetic pulses (EMPs) in the atmosphere. 300 megatons of nuclear devices deplete ozone layer by about 4%." Hmm, ozone layer depletion was intentionally created by both Russian and American governments by nuclear detonations? They not only knew about it, they measured the extent of the depletion and the time it lasted.
1962: "Launch of Canadian satellites and start of stimulating plasma resonances by antennas within the space plasma."
1966: "Gordon J.F. MacDonald publishes military ideas on environmental engineering."
1960's: In Wisconsin, U.S. Navy Project Sanguine lays extremely low frequency (ELF) antennae." We are told that the Navy needed this ELF capability to communicate with their submarines in a way that would be secure from enemy attack, a claim with which we do not argue. However, is it also possible that this ELF antennae may serve a dual purpose, of also helping to control the weather?
1968: "Moscow scientists tell the West that they have pinpointed which pulsed magnetic field frequencies help mental and physiological functions and which frequencies do harm." This little incident also shows the unusual cooperation between Russia and America at the height of the Cold War! A 100 megawatt heater in Norway built later in the decade can change the conductivity of the auroral ionosphere." Now, you are getting close to being able to control the weather. When you can manipulate the conductivity of the auroal ionosphere, where weather systems operate and originate, you are close to controlling the weather. Note the date here, at which time this technology was realized: 1972.
1973: "Documentation that the launch of Skylab 'halved the total electron content of the ionosphere for three hours' (by rocket exhaust gases)."
1974: "United Nations General Assembly bans environmental warfare." "U.N. Treaty Proves Weather Control Is Real." You do not need a treaty banning Weather Warfare unless such technology already exists and has been proven effective. This means that this Weather Warfare technology has been fine tuned for 30 years.
1974: "High frequency experiments at Plattsville, Colorado Arecibo, Puerto Rico, and in Armidale, New South Wales. These experiments heated the 'bottom side of the ionosphere."

1985: "Bernard J. Eastlund applies for patent 'Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth's Atmosphere, Ionosphere and/or Magnetosphere'. (First of three Eastlund patents assigned to ARCO Power Technologies, Inc.)"

"U.S. Navy Project Henhouse duplicates the Delgado (Madrid) experiment --
very low level, very low frequency pulsed magnetic fields harm chick embryos."
1980's: "In the latter part of the decade, the U.S. begins the network of
Ground Wave Emergency Network (GWEN) towers, each to generate Very Low Frequency
(VLF) waves ..." GWEN towers created a high level electromagnetic dam in
the atmosphere in the American Midwest that created the rain for 49 days and nights
in 1993. GWEN towers were located right where the rain came down in such a Biblical
type deluge.
1987-1992: "Other ARCO Power Technologies Incorporated (APTI) scientists build on Eastlund patents for development of new weapon capabilities."
1994: "Military contractor E-systems buys APTI, holder of Eastlund patents and contract to build the biggest ionospheric heater in the world, the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Project (HAARP). Even though construction of HAARP towers in Alaska began before this date, this was the time the decision was made to make it as large as it is now today, over 40 acres of ELF towers.
1994: "Congress freezes the funding on HAARP until planners increase the emphasis on earth penetrating tomography uses, for nuclear counterproliferation efforts." Once again, we have to wonder if this technology might be used to create earthquakes, as well as monitor compliance with nuclear test ban treaties.
1995: "Congress budgets $10 million for 1996, under "nuclear counterproliferation' efforts for HAARP project."
1994-6: "Testing of first stage of HAARP equipment continues ..."
1996: HAARP planners to test the earth penetrating tomography applications by modulating the electroject at ELF frequencies."
1998: "Projected date for fully operating HAARP system." We have had the most unusual severe weather in 1997 and 1998. Is it a coincidence that the onset of this unprecedented weather coincided with the completion of the HAARP system?
Human and Animal Health at Risk?
As always we are assured that no harm will come to humans or animals with this new technology, yet, I am really not so sure, and it seems that the International Red Cross is also not sure. "HAARP is not the only system available for taking advantage of these new technologies. The military has developed smaller weapon systems for use in battlefield applications. These new weapons were disclosed in documents authored and compiled by the United States Air Force. law is "U.S. C. TITLE 15 -- SECTION 33 -- COMMERCE AND TRADE, Chapter 9A
-- Weather Modification Activities or Attempts -- Reporting." Again, we have
to ask the question, Why is it necessary to have such a law, unless you have the
technology? Is Weather Control technology so commonplace that such a law is necessary?
After all, this law presupposes that people other than the Federal Government
can alter or control the weather, because it forbids such activity by private
individuals or companies. The answer is, "Yes," and we turn to a most
unusual place to prove that Weather Control is so common it can be carried out

BRIEF: The June 5, 1977, New York Times described the great earthquake which
destroyed Tangshan, China on July 28, 1976, and killed over 650,000 people.
"Just before the first tremor at 3:42 am, the sky lit up like daylight. The
multi-hued lights, mainly white and red, were seen up to 200 miles away. Leaves
on many trees were burned to a crisp and growing vegetables were scorched on one
side, as if by a fireball."
Some investigators believe these electrical effects were associated with electromagnetic plasma and ball lightning and the strange array of flashes that result from Tesla-style technology and /or HAARP-like transmissions. Was this brilliant flash of colored light what Tesla was talking about in 1935 when he mentioned "all kinds of unique effects"? … It certainly does not appear that it was a natural earthquake. Briefly, then weather manipulation is all about energy. It seems that one of the capabilities of HARRP Tesla Technology is that it is alleged to be able to control, steer, and divert the Jet Stream. company called “Elate Intelligent Technologies, Inc.,” sells weather
control equipment by using the advertising slogan, “Weather Made to Order.”
This motto is even on their business cards! The commercial Director of Elate,

Why is it that so many discoveries that can be used to elevate humanity are actually used to oppress man? This same technology, scaled down and harnessed in a different way could in fact be used to cure illness instead of causing distress and disorientation in man and our birds. Crazy concept, then read what follows on "radio wave therapy," it is not as crazy as one would think!
UCDMC Doctors Kill Breast Cancer Cells with Radio Waves 3/19/02: Vijay Khatri, assistant professor of surgery at the Cancer Center, John McGahan, professor of radiology, and Bijan Bijan, assistant professor of radiology were announced to be leading a pilot study on women with very small early stage breast tumors according to UC Davis' Dateline March 15, 2002. "Radio-wave therapy, also known as radiofrequency ablation, has been used for many years to treat liver and bone cancers at UC Davis and other centers. And some researchers around the country are studying the therapy as a treatment for lung and prostate cancer." The difference seems to be that heat from a probe kills the entire tumor cells. There is no claim that a viral or bacterial cause of cancer is destroyed by this process.
CONCLUSION
Germs
can be destroyed by electromagnetic radiation. Lambda's VFM system has shattered
germs with microwaves. Water purifiers use UV-C light to kill germs. It is not

Seems really far fetched to think that a concept as simple as the generation of specific frequencies can induce either sickness or super heath does it not? Yet, study carefully the following newspaper from 1938 on the alleged discoveries of Dr. Royal Raymond Rife, and his Rife frequencies as well as all of the claims by the military listed in this article.

claims that Dr. Rife found a cure for cancer, and all diseases by the generation
and manipulation of frequencies!
Successful Treatment?
This excerpt gives an idea of what is claimed. Rife describes his cancer treatment in 1934: "With the frequency instrument treatment, no tissue is destroyed, no pain is felt, no noise is audible, and no sensation is noticed. A tube lights up and 3 minutes later the treatment is completed. The virus or bacteria is destroyed and the body then recovers itself naturally from the toxic effect of the virus or bacteria.
Several diseases may be treated simultaneously. The first clinical work on cancer was completed under the supervision of Milbank Johnson, MD which was set up under a Special Research Committee of the University of Southern California. 16 cases were treated at the clinic for many types of malignancy. After 3 months, 14 of these so-called helpless cases were signed off as clinically cured by the staff of five medical doctors and Dr. Alvin G. Foord, MD Pathologist for the group. (Editor's Note: a few months after the conclusion of the clinic, the other two recovered completely)
The treatments consisted of 3 minutes duration using the frequency instrument which was set on the mortal oscillatory rate for 'BX' or cancer (at 3 day intervals). It was found that the elapsed time between treatments attains better results than the cases treated daily. This gives the lymphatic system an opportunity to absorb and cast off the toxic condition which is produced by the devitalized dead particles of the 'BX' (Bacillus X) virus. No rise in body temperature was perceptible in any of these cases above normal during or after the frequency instrument treatment. No special diets were used in any of this clinical work, but we sincerely believe that a proper diet compiled for the individual would be of benefit." [25]
According to the same source above, Rife, who'd found a 100% cure for cancer, died penniless in 1971.
CONCLUSION
Some say Rife cured cancer in 1938. Others say he did not. I'm not sure how you would ever prove Rife's claims without a serious carefully controlled double-blind study. "There is a gulf of conflict between these two schools of thought. The debate centers on the classical idea that only ionizing radiation (that which generates heat in tissue) can cause reactions in the body, while new research indicates that subtle, small, amounts of energy can cause reactions as well. What Tyler wrote in 1984, as an officer in the Air Force, puts the debate simply. He said, "Even though the body is basically an electrochemical system, modern science has almost exclusively studied the chemical aspects of the body and to date has largely neglected the electrical aspects. However, over the past decade researchers have devised many mathematical models to approximate the internal fields in animals and humans.
Some of the later models have shown general agreement with experimental measurements made with the phantom models and animals. Presently most scientists in the field use the concept of specific absorption rate for determining the Dosimetry (dosages) of electromagnetic radiation. However, the use of these classical concepts of electrodynamics does not explain some experimental results and clinical findings. But it does. Also, classical theory indicates that the body should be completely invisible to extremely low frequencies of light where a single wave length is thousands of miles long. However, visible light has been used in clinical medicine to transilluminate various body tissues." 15
In other words, the classical theories are partially wrong in that they do not fully explain all of the reactions which are observed in the body. The Navy has abstracted over a thousand international professional papers by private and government scientists which explore these issues.
Tyler continues, "A second area where classical theory fails to provide an adequate explanation for observed effects is in the clinical use of extremely low frequency (ELF) electromagnetic fields. Researchers have found that pulsed external magnetic fields at frequencies below 100 Hertz (pulses/cycles per second) will stimulate the healing of nonunion fractures, congenital pseudarthroses, and failed arthroses. The effects of these pulsed magnetic fields have been extremely impressive, and their use in orthopedic conditions has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration." 16
Even the FDA, one of the most vigorous regulatory authorities in the country, accepts these non-thermal effects. Tyler adds, "Recently, pulsed electromagnetic fields have been reported to induce cellular transcription (this has to do with the duplication or copying of information from DNA, a process important to life). At the other end of the non ionizing spectrum, research reports are also showing biological effects that are not predicted in classical theories. For example, Kremer and others have published several papers showing that low intensity millimeter waves produce biological effects. They have also shown that not only are the effects seen at very low power, but they are also frequency-specific."
Tyler goes on to discuss the results of this new thinking and the possible effects of these low energy radiations in terms of information transfer and storage, and their effects on the nervous system. Research has shown that very specific frequencies cause very specific reactions, and, once a critical threshold is passed, negative reactions occur. 17

This Wall Street Journal article also quoted Mr. Pirogoff as saying that Hurricane Andrew could have been decreased 'into a wimpy little squall.' This statement is so shocking as to border on being ridiculous! Hurricane Andrew was so powerful that it caused several billion dollars worth of damage, killed a number of people, and destroyed or altered the lives of tens of thousands. Now, we learn that American scientists could have turned Andrew into a little harmless squall. But, I suppose the real question is this: did our scientists create Andrew in the first place?
At the very least, couldn't our scientists have 'steered' Hurricane Andrew out to sea, away from our coastland? After all, the Russian scientists, according to this Wall Street Journal article, were able to 'steer' the hurricanes they deliberately produced so that it would not damage any city of any country. Perhaps our scientists did not steer Hurricane Andrew away because our political leadership did not want them to steer Andrew away! Perhaps Hurricane Andrew was one step in a long campaign to convince Americans that we need to change our fundamental way of living."

The Malaysian cabinet and the finance minister have approved the plan, Datuk Law said. A Malaysian company, BioCure Sdn. Bhd., will sign a memorandum of understanding soon with a government-owned Russian party to produce the cyclone.'
'Datuk Law declined to disclose the size of the cyclone to be generated, or the mechanism. "The details I don't have," he said. He did say, though, that the cyclone generated would be "quite strong." Datuk Law also declined to disclose the price of creating the cyclone. But, he said, Malaysia doesn't have to pay if the project doesn't work.'
This
article is written by the prestigious Wall Street Journal, and it reports, very
matter of factly, that Malaysia is ordering a cyclone just as someone might order
some lawn furniture from a catalog! We also learned that the Russians have the
capability of creating such a huge storm for a fee. Also unsaid, but inferred,
is that this cyclone could be steered or controlled so that it would come close
enough to Malaysia to clear away the haze that was bedeviling that nation, but
not so close it would cause any damage. Further, the nations close to Malaysia
are not quoted as being overly concerned that this most powerful of storms might
accidentally hit their shores."
Now ordinarily we might not want
to dwell on this topic for any length of time but it is really strange to think
that on Feb. 24 , 2004 it was reported that the Pentagon now tells Bush that it
is not the terrorists that will destroy us but rather climate change! Climate
Change? The same climate change that we have been trying to document above, the
same climate change that has played havoc on the orientational abilities of our
racing pigeons.
What
follows is a portion of an article from the highly informative website "information
Clearing House" at http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article5732.htm.
That is carrying an article dated Feb. 22, 2004, said article from the "Observer."
Just what are they saying here? In short natural devastations, massive climatic
change, are to be expected as early as next year, flooding, Siberian type cold
in the UK, massive famine, population relocation and much more, none of it good.

Sunday February 22, 2004: (The Observer) Climate change over the next 20 years could result in a global catastrophe costing millions of lives in wars and natural disasters.
A secret report, suppressed by US defense chiefs and obtained by The Observer, warns that major European cities will be sunk beneath rising seas as Britain is plunged into a 'Siberian' climate by 2020. Nuclear conflict, mega-droughts, famine and widespread rioting will erupt across the world.
The document predicts that abrupt climate change could bring the planet to the edge of anarchy as countries develop a nuclear threat to defend and secure dwindling food, water and energy supplies. The threat to global stability vastly eclipses that of terrorism, say the few experts privy to its contents.
'Disruption and conflict will be endemic features of life,' concludes the Pentagon analysis. 'Once again, warfare would define human life.'
The findings will prove humiliating to the Bush administration, which has repeatedly denied that climate change even exists. Experts said that they will also make unsettling reading for a President who has insisted national defense is a priority.
The report was commissioned by influential Pentagon defense adviser Andrew Marshall, who has held considerable sway on US military thinking over the past three decades. He was the man behind a sweeping recent review aimed at transforming the American military under Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld.
Climate change 'should be elevated beyond a scientific debate to a US national security concern,' say the authors, Peter Schwartz, CIA consultant and former head of planning at Royal Dutch/Shell Group, and Doug Randall of the California-based Global Business Network.
An
imminent scenario of catastrophic climate change is 'plausible and would challenge
United States national security in ways that should be considered immediately',
they conclude. As early as next year widespread flooding by a rise in sea levels

I could go on for hundreds of pages on this subject but it is really not necessary. For those who wish to find out more I have given you all a starting point. Google searches of key words like HAARP, GWEN, TESLA, WEATHER CONTROL, BEARDEN , SCALAR WEATHER etc will start you all on your own journeys of discovery. For the rest of you, those of you who believe that staying under the radar is the best course of action, let me assure you that "ignorance is deadly," for all of the rest of you, just keep blaming your birds, your loft location, your inability to train, the short end, the long end, poor releases and any other excuse you might just think of.
As a society we seem unable to get (we do not even want to know anything about the truth, how often have you heard "stay below the radar") to the truth, those in power certainly base all of their decisions on the unfortunate premises that we are supposedly unable to deal with the truth. Others say that in fact no truth even exists, only points of view. We, in the eyes of certain government agencies, indeed in the eyes of most administrations of the past 100 years, need to be protected -- protected from what? From ourselves. They know best, they will decide, without interference from the unwashed ignorant masses (in case you do not know who these unwashed masses are, that is you and me!).
If they were to come right out and say openly that they could control the weather then we (the stupid unwashed people) just might ask that said technology be put to humanitarian uses, an end to drought, and desertification, weather control for the farmers benefit, increases of production of grain crops world wide, an end to killer storms saving countless billions of dollars, an end to global warming. In essence we would demand that said technology be used for the betterment of "man" as apposed to "man's destruction" for geopolitical, economic and military gain.
Yes, our pigeons just may very well be losing their ability to orient because of what science has now engaged in but what is patently worse is that society, and by default all humanity seems to have lost its ability to properly orient, centuries ago, and that this diabolical disorientation might just cost us all more dearly than any of us can now imagine! Our birds are certainly telling us something. We need to listen, learn, investigate and report our findings. The road ahead is neither clear nor lit; it is in fact, fraught with danger, but no one (the mass media) is sounding the alarm, or rather might it be more appropriate to say that no one heeds the alarms that are sounded!

There are three types of UV-rays, they are: UV-a. UV-b. UV-c. The third one(UV-c)
we do not have to worry about. They are burned up in the outer stratosphere and
never reach the earths surface. The first one (UV-a) we get all year round. It
is UV-b that comes through at the spring equinox and declines at the fall equinox
that is required by the migratory species and racing pigeons. Without these elements
navigation cannot take place. Years of study and experiments have shown clearly
that the outcome of a pigeon race is consistent with the strength of the UV-rays
on the day of the race. There are four levels of UV-rays that we must consider.
These levels are: bad, reasonable, excellent and dangerous.
Our experience and studies show the following:
- Bad (UV-level: 0-3): smash or bad races.
- Reasonable (UV-level: 3-5): tough racing, many losses.
- Excellent (UV-level: 4-7.5): excellent racing.
- Dangerous (UV-level: 7.5+): disaster to total smash. During the dangerous level the ultraviolet can cross the spectrum and enter the infra red spectrum.
